Some tables are basically in the kitchen next to Rima and are treated to watching an expert in action. She takes the freshest ingredients in season and decides how they she can best showcase their natural flavors. Rima is very particular about her work, and doesn’t serve any soft drinks lest they detract from the flavors of her master piece. This is truly one of the most unique restaurants around and definitely worth experiencing.
