One of the most interesting restaurants to open in recent times, Bindela has created a lot of buzz. Headed by Chef Roee Sopher of Sardinia, together with Swiss-born Chris Bindela, this restaurant is the latest Italian restaurant chain of popular restaurants of the same name in Switzerland.
Sopher has concocted a varied menu, for example a sardine-based dish with capers, black olives and tomatoes, and octopus carpaccio served on a bed of spiced fennel. Main courses include the freshest sea food and finest meats, and the wines are imported from the Bindela family's private vineyard in Tuscany.
The restaurant is located in central Tel Aviv on Montefiore Street, just off Allenby and 2 minutes' walk from the bustling nightlife of Rothschild. The restaurant is open every night and doesn't close until the last customer leaves, so you're welcome to stay late and enjoy the atmosphere
