A tributary of the Dan River crosses the park and fills a large pond suitable for swimming, with high water slides. Fishing is available at no extra charge beyond the entrance fee. Some 200 dunams (50 acres) at Hurshat Tal have been declared a nature reserve, mainly thanks to approximately 240 huge, centuries-old Tabor oaks. A colorful carpet of anemones and other wildflowers blooms here in the spring.
The overnight campgrounds is a great base for trips to the Galilee, the northern Golan Heights and Mount Hermon . The lawns and campgrounds of Hurshat Tal National Park cover 250 dunams (about 62 acres) of the total 700 dunams of this national park in the northern Hula Valley. Tents can be pitched in the overnight campsite, which also has bungalows and guest rooms.

On road 99 (northeast of Kiryat Shmona) about 5 km east of the Metsudot junction.
