The Kitchen Market restaurant is so named because of its location right above Tel-Aviv's farmer's market. The restaurant's unique location means that only the freshest ingredients are used as they come straight from the market (shuk). There is a creative and sophisticated menu which reinvents itself according to what fresh seasonal ingredients are available. Not only crisp vegetables but also the freshest fish is prepared here.
Being on the first floor diners have a panoramic view across the port, so be sure to get a table by the window. The décor is warm and inviting so that you feel like you are eating in a cucina, a French brasserie or a large Italian family's kitchen. At one end of the restaurant is the open kitchen with copper pans hanging from the ceiling and taking center stage is an inviting bar. But the magnificent view steals the show!
