Tour Packages FAQ

Tour Packages are the easiest and cheapest way to travel in Israel. Our packages integrate day tours with lodging and are from 2 to 15 days long. The tours go out several times a week and include breakfast and transportation from hotel to hotel. Every morning you will join a new group led by one of the best and most professional tour guides Israel has to offer.

The tour packages include Bed and Breakfast, tours (following the schedule on the tour page), transportation from hotel to hotel and entrance fees to all sites during your stay in Israel (unless stated otherwise).

In general our packages offer different levels of lodging so that you have the option of choosing between simple three star hotels to boutique hotels. If you wish to stay at places that aren’t included in the package please contact us and we will do our best to satisfy your demands.

It depends on the type of tour. Generally there are tours that include discounts for children. In these cases, details can be found on the tour page. If you aren’t sure, please contact us for additional information.

Yes, but the cancellation fee is very considerate and simple: cancellation conditions are as follows:

1. Cancellation fee of 15% charged for notification up to 14 days in advance
2. Cancellation fee of 35% charged for notification up to 7 days in advance.
3. Cancellation fee of 50% charged for notification up to 3 days in advance.
4. Cancellation fee of 100% charged for notification less than 3 days.

Of course. We, at Yourway, understand that your plans can change, so you can change dates, cancel at any time (we charge a fee for cancellations). You can manage your order through this link. To make any changes in your order, enter your order number and the email address you used when you booked your order

We highly recommend you arrive with the forms you received from us. Please don’t forget to bring the hotel vouchers. In addition we highly recommend printing the tour timetable so as to avoid being late and delaying the other members of the group.

To prevent inaccessibility we suggest you book at least a month in advance.
