The Hall of Solomon, Jerusalem

The Hall of Solomon is a structure located on King George Street in Jerusalem, adjacent to the great synagogue, it was used in the past as chambers for the head rabbi's of Israel and also for the head rabbi council. Nowadays the building has a different essence: it contains the museum for jewish arts, the "Renanim" synagogue and an auditorium.

The most glorious item in the synagogue is without a doubt the Holy Ark, which was brought from the Sephardic community in the city of Padova in Italy. The Holy Ark was built in 1728, was placed in Italy for over 200 years.
