Day 3: Caesarea, Megiddo and a Druze village
We will start the trip by picking you from your hotel in Tel Aviv, and then start our voyage on the coastal road towards the ancient city of Caesarea. After we enter the national park of Caesarea (the name of the old city), we will walk and see the antiquities, which remained in place from the time Israel was controlled by the Romans, and hear the place's most famous stories. From there we will continue to Megiddo National Park and view the remains of the city that remained in that area from the year 3000 BC, we will learn the history of the place combined with fascinating stories which, according to the belief were held in that place. After the visit, we will travel to Dalyat El Carmel, one of the largest Druze villages in Israel.

The Druze population is an integral part of Israel's citizens and unlike Israeli Arabs, Druze swear allegiance to the state and serve in the army. There we will stop for a late lunch which will include the traditional Druze food (great food!!). After we eat we will continue our way to the hotel, which is located in Kibbutz Lavi not before we stop for a beautiful observation from Mount Carmel on the Bahai Gardens and the Port of Haifa.

Day 4: Safed, the Golan Heights and a Wine Trip
After a nice kibbutz breakfast we’ll head straight to Tzfat (Safed) to visit the Old City and the Artists’ Quarter. One of the four Holy cities, Tzfat has a fascinating history from its spiritual beginnings in the 1600s, when the Kabbalists came to the city, to the stories that took place during the War of Independence. The city is characterized by its spiritual atmosphere, the old cobble stone streets, and each synagogue has a story to tell.

Next we’ll drive over to the Golan Heights. Starting at the Golan Magic Welcome Center, we’ll see a presentation involving a moving model with light and sound effects accompanied by a film explaining the history of the region on a panoramic screen. Once we’ve educated ourselves we’ll embark on a Winery Tour in the ancient town of Katzrin, which exports to over 25 countries. We’ll do some wine tasting and learn how the wines are produced. After that we’ll return to the kibbutz for dinner.

Day 5: Nazareth and the Sea of Galilee
After breakfast we’ll drive to Nazareth, the childhood home of Jesus. We will see the Basilica of the Annunciation, Mary’s Well, the Church of St. Gabriel, the Blessed Cave, and the house of Mary & Joseph. From there we will travel up to the Sea of Galilee and Capernaum National Park, where you will see the remains of a fishing village from the days of the Second Temple. We will hear the stories of the area, how Jesus selected his Apostles, and visit the church built over the site of Peter’s house. The next stop will be the Mount of Beatitudes, a hilltop to the north of the Sea of Galilee where Jesus delivered the famous Sermon on the Mount. There, we will see the remains of a Byzantine church built to commemorate the Sermon.

Then we’ll travel south to the Beit Alfa Synagogue, an excavated synagogue with an amazingly preserved mosaic portraying the Binding of Isaac, the Zodiac, and the Temple. Finally, we’ll end the day in the Holy City itself, Jerusalem. Here you can touch the ancient stones of the Western Wall, explore the modern area, and experience the sights and sounds of this unique city.

Day 6: Jerusalem Old City and Bethlehem
We will start in the morning (after breakfast of course) with a drive to the Mount of Olives, from there you can take in the breathtaking view across the Old City of Jerusalem. After some time for taking photos, and not before hearing fascinating stories about the site, we will start driving towards the Old City. On approaching the city we will stop at the Tomb of David and the Room of the Last Super and hear the enthralling tales about this site.

From there we will enter the Old City and start with a walk through the lanes of the renewed and beautiful Jewish Quarter, we will hear about the area as we make our way towards the most holy Jewish site – the Kotel or Western Wall. The Western Wall is one of the oldest ancient remains in the Old City of Jerusalem and in fact is one of the four retaining walls which surrounded the Temple Mount for the last two thousand years, from the period of the Second Temple and up until present day. The Western Wall has deep religious, national and historic significance and millions of visitors, both Jews and gentiles, are drawn here each year.

From there we cross over the Via Dolorosa, the road along which, according to tradition, Jesus made his final journey towards the cross. We will pause at important stations as we follow in Jesus' footsteps until of course we come to the jewel in the crown – The Church of the Holy Sepulcher – where according to tradition Jesus was buried.

From there we continue on to Bethlehem which also plays an important part in Christian tradition, culminating at the Church of the Nativity. Here, according to tradition, Jesus was born (in a grotto) and the church is one of the oldest in the world (dating back to the 14h century). Here we complete our tour for the day and return to the hotels.

Day 7: Jerusalem New City
We begin by driving to the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, one of the most famous museums in Israel (if not The most famous). At the museum we will spend time in the section called "The Shrine of the Book" which holds rare and extraordinary archaeological discoveries: The Dead Sea Scrolls and ancient and rare hand written Biblical manuscripts, such as the Aleppo Codex. After leaving the museum we continue our journey on to the Israeli Knesset or in other words the State of Israel Parliament building.

From there we go to the Mount Herzl Cemetery, where the nation's greats are buried including Prime Ministers and Presidents. We continue to "Yad VaShem" the Israeli Holocaust Museum which tells the tragic story of the Jewish people during the Second World War. In the evening we will enjoy a Middle Eastern dinner followed by the spectacular Sound and Light Show at the Tower of David Museum (weather conditions permitting).

Day 8: Masada, Qumran and the Dead Sea
After breakfast we begin driving towards the Dead Sea region in the famous Judean Desert. We stop at the Qumran Caves where the famous Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. After our visit at the site we continue our drive to the iconic Mount Masada, while driving along a road overlooking the Dead Sea, an incredible experience in itself. When we arrive at Masada we ascend the mountain with the help of a cable car giving us one of the most incredible views in the world.

After we arrive at the mountain plateau we begin our tour of the mountain top fortress where one of the Jewish people's most famous stories of heroism unfolded. The fortress is one of the oldest remains in the world – over 2,000 years old. After our visit to Masada we continue on to the Dead Sea beach where you'll be able to enjoy a dip in the sea at the lowest point in the world. Apart from being the lowest point on Earth and having the highest concentration of salt in water (up to 100 times normal water) the water has health benefits for all forms of skin disease. Besides of course the fact that you can simply float on the water without any help.

After we have enjoyed the sea water and Dead Sea mud (there are showers and rest rooms at the site) we begin our drive back to the hotels.
