Tzina, named after the first mayor of Tel Aviv's wife, is a tapas bar in the center of Dizengoff Street, in between Gordon and Frishman. The famous chef Avi Bitton of Adura restaurant is responsible for the delicious dishes available here, but if you come at night the atmosphere is definitely that of a bar.
The restaurant is open from 6pm until 1 in the morning, and is packed full of people every night. Guests can sit inside if you arrive early enough, at the bar, or outside. The prices come only at the end as there is no actual menu, but it's pretty reasonable and there's plenty of cocktails and chasers to choose from. The best deal is the pitcher.
