Cavalier French chef restaurant Located at inheritance of seven, old colorful neighborhood in the city center of Jerusalem, Cavalier restaurant offers an intimate and meticulous experience. Three menus are offered: Main menu The main menu is altered twice a year, once towards the fall and again in early spring, and coordinates a number of traditional dishes with surprising new interpretations. From the classic Tornado Rosita, all the way to New style sashimi or Calorabi carpachiuo in cmahin oil. Business menu- (bistro hour) Every day from 12:00-15:30 offering cavaliers quality at attractive prices. Bar menu- "kal al habar " Offers small Cavaliers dishes at a small price on an intimate plentiful bar. The restaurant Is divided into 2 areas; the main dining area, concurrent to chef restaurants in France, is defined by a warm dark wooden floor with walls decorated by wooden beams with a capacity of 35 diners and an intimate 15 place bar which induces a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. 

Since 1993 cavalier restaurant has been defined by the supreme French kitchen, offering a modern French meal experience, "on the one hand" says Didi (chef and owner) "we are strict about the quality of our products and we follow the laws of the traditional French cuisine punctually and precisely. On the other hand, as those living on the Mediterranean, we must be aware of the need to innovate and surprise the Israeli palate here and now!" Orel Kimchi, Didi's right hand and apprentice, has recently been appointed head chef and restaurant manager, his abilities' have already been felt with the construction of the latest menu and dishes which have had great success among cavaliers veterans and regulars.
