little easier, we have chosen for you three of the Italian restaurants that we
particularly like, but don't worry, our selection is not just based on our

So, top of our
list is Toto with its chef, Yaron Shalev. The Toto kitchen is gourmet Italian
producing simply superb dishes, featuring excellent pastas and meats, and all
served with a highly professional touch. It has to be said that the prices at
Toto are quite a bit higher than at other Italian restaurants in town, but it's
definitely worth the extra if you can afford it.

We have
awarded second place in our list to Bellini, at the Suzanne Dalal center in
Neve Zedek. Bellini offers a genuine Italian atmosphere, and its wonderful mix
is what won Bellini its high ranking: The combination of its unique location in
the Suzanne Dalal courtyard, the fine quality of its food, and its special
ambience that lands you in a little piece of Tuscany.

For our third
place, we have chosen the Papa's restaurant, located just behind the Carmel
Market in an old building with a balcony above the street. What we love about
this place is its simplicity. It's pure Italian, with a full and professional,
Italian menu, reasonable prices, and food that is just delicious.
