A trip to Petra

Eilat is one hour by car from Jordan and is a popular port center for trips to Petra which is in Jordan. Petra is one of the most extraordinary places in the world. It’s actually an ancient city from the days of Pharaoh. The site is impressive in its beauty and is one of the most famous sites in the world. Like the trips to Egypt, here you can also chose between one to four day trips.

The Dolphin Reef offers a once in a life time experience that you won’t easily forget. The Reef is located in one of the prettiest beaches in Israel. Besides being a breathtaking and unique beach worth visiting, you can enjoy watching the dolphins and even swim and dive with them. As you probably know dolphins are the friendliest creatures to mankind, therefore diving with them is an amazing experience- highly recommended.

Eilat is considered one of the most prestigious places for diving in the world. The Underwater Observatory is a wonderful option for those who want to see the wonders of the bottom of the sea but don’t want to get wet. The Underwater Observatory will take you hundreds of meters underwater with only a see through window separating between you and the amazing beauty of the sea. Furthermore, the Observatory is located inside an entire park dedicated to the underwater world. A great experience!!

Coral Beach is a nature reserve where entering the water is done in a special way as not to damage the rich reef bottom. Here you can enjoy diving in one of the prettiest places in the world with a guide, by yourself or with a group. No need for previous experience.

Field trip in the dessert

As you might have already understood, Eilat is located in the middle of the dessert which entails amazing and unforgettable views. In order to enjoy the desserts true beauty, you’ll have to exit the city and go into the Eilat Mountains. The trip takes place on an off-road vehicle- Ranger (as seen in the photo) and is an unforgettable experience.

The Kings Park is an amusement park that invites you on a journey to the past, back to the monarchy days. If you’re with kids and looking for something fun to do, the Kings Park is a place worth visiting.
