The most famous dish of the Hapasador restaurant is the prime rib –a big cut of juicy well marbled bone steak. The prime rib entrecote comes fresh to the restaurant every week and is aged hanging down for three weeks. After three weeks it is cut in the restaurants butcher shop –the steak is best eaten at a medium, the steak is done on the grill and served with caramelized shallot onions and fine red wine sauce and garlic konfi and on the side mash potatoes, baked potatoes, and coriander pesto.
