The newest and most lavish hotel in
Israel, the
Ritz Carlton Herzliya, is home to a branch of one of the most
famous and world-renowned restaurants in Israel, Herbert Samuel. Headed by Chef
Yonatan Roshfeld, the new Herbert Samuel enjoys a spectacular view of the
yachts, sea, and sunsets from its Marina location. It's not often that a kosher
restaurant is one of the most talked about restaurants in the country. On the
menu are exquisite dishes such as tuna sashimi with beets, grilled sea-bass,
gnocchi, and tomato salad, which mirror the dishes served in the sister
restaurant of the same name in Tel Aviv.
