Diving in Eilat - The University Site
The sites name was given to it because of its proximity to the university's institute which is adjacent to it. This institute is part of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem's research wing.
How to reach
Exit Eilat towards Taba, immediately past the underwater observatory is a large sign with a small parking lot and an entrance to the institute's beach.
Dive route
Start diving at around 8 meters and head north in parallel to the slopes edge to around 12 meters. Entery- enters through the marked point. This area is abundant of sharp rocks and may cut easily.
