Diving In Eilat - The Statue Garden

Several impressive sculptures made by Dan Rappaport are located here in remembrance of dive instructor- Offer Michaeli, which perished while diving in Dahab. The sculptures are orb like and connected by chains to the floor which give it an alien look.

How to reach

The site is located app. 300 meters east of the underwater restaurant- star of the red sea, on the northern side of Eilat between Red Rock hotel and the Meridian. Reaching the site requires water transportation and someone who knows the site. Since this is a fairly long dive we suggest splitting the dive here into to parts.

Visibility

Early in the morning, visibility is ok, and from the afternoon is poor.

Airsupply

This is a 15-30 meter dive.  We recommend planning the dive well and plan on faster than usual air consumption.
